EDIT:

I used Ifile and the path to the languinis folder is totally different to the path that you have posted.
My path is var/mobile/containers/bundle/application/

There is no "var/Mobile/Application/Languinis/Library/Preferences/" path that you have stated.
So where would I put the com.spotlight.languinis.plist file?
